There are just 8 spaces available at the Fall Renewal Retreat in the Covington retreat house. The retreat house is located in Covington, La. which is about 45 minutes North of New Orleans and 75 minutes East of Baton Rouge.
The Renewal Retreat runs from 8pm Friday Oct 1 to Sunday Oct 3 at 12pm (ish).

  • Deposits are $200 USD for the trip and for the Expansion upgrade
  • The remaining balance is due September 24, 2021
Payment Plan: Place your non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. We are happy to work out payments with you, but your balance must be paid in full my September 24,2021.

Lodging/Meals

Lodging is DORM STYLE with beds for 8 single people. Bathrooms are shared.​
  • Your total investment includes 2 nights accomations at the retreat house.
If you are travelling with a friend and want to share a bed, that option is available- but please reach out for more information.
  •  If you are looking for super luxe accommodations, this may not be what you are looking for. This is a historic home with quirks, but it does have wi-fi, A/C, serenity and charm in spades :)
  • We have access to both a natural spring fed pool and the Bogue Falaya River-- and canoes! ​
  • During your stay you will have self-serve snacks and tea available to you at any time. We will not be offering dinner on opening night-but we will have snacks :)
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday
  • Breakfast and light lunch Sunday are included in your tuition.
  • * All food is vegetarian and prepared by us. Vegan and gluten free options will be available. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements.

Private Access

  • Before your retreat we will hold one Meet and Greet in our Private Facebook group! A chance for you to ask questions, meet us- and each other-and talk about your intentions for your Retreat.
  • After the Retreat we will  stay connected in the group. This space is only for Retreat participants and we want to foster a community of kindreds :) 

  

  • Your round-trip transportation to and from home.
  • Dinner on the evening arrival. ( But we will have nibbles.)
  • Items listed in your packet as " Suggested Items". These will be your responsibility.
  • Other non-included items would include: souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, extra spa services, personal taxis, tips, laundry service and
    Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (We do recommend you have this just in case)

Retreat Rules

  • Doing inner work requires a clear head. With that in mind we ask that you do not indulge in alcohol while on retreat.
  • To foster your journey inward please limit the use of mobile devices. We ask that you keep them out of sacred community space. You are free to use them at any time, but please take any conversations away from other members in order to foster a quiet meditative experience.
  • Please follow quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.​​
  • We will meet you where you are and hold you in safe sacred space. We ask that you extend that offering to your fellow participants. If you are disruptive or abusive in any way you will be asked to leave- with no refund.

Expansion Experience

  • The Renewal retreat runs from 8pm Friday Oct 1 to Sunday Oct 3 at 12pm ( ish).
  • ​After that time, we will say see you next time... unless you want to stay for our Expansion Experience.
  • This experience will extend your personal retreat time to Monday Oct 4 at 9 am.
  • After we dismiss our circle, the Expansion Retreat begins: A special guided Medicine walk at *Fontainebleau State Park with Kris where you will drink in the air from Lake Ponchatrain, walk among ancient Live Oak trees and listen to their stories. Returning to the retreat house, you will have some down time- you can choose to have a *Reiki session before we meet for dinner or explore the retreat location in your own way.
  • After dinner, we will meet for a special fire ceremony with meditation, followed by blissful sleep.
  • Monday morning, you arise to greet your next chapter refreshed and ready.
*These experiences are included in the price of your upgrade. You will not pay entrance fees.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before 30 days prior to our retreat start date, Restoration Bodyworks, LLC.  will refund 50% unless you find a replacement. This does not include any portion of the deposit. If you do not find a replacement, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be given if you cancel later than 30 days prior to our retreat start date.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the retreat minimum of participants in which case your funds are fully refundable.
*Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard insurance online and choose from several policy options.
In the event that Covid-19 protocols interfere (for example destination is under lockdown), the retreat will be rescheduled for a later date when travel is possible again.
If this occurs, you will have the option to transfer all of your funds towards the future retreat dates or you will be receiving a full refund.
No refund is given if the participant is contracting the virus and can’t attend the retreat in which case travel insurance would most likely cover any losses depending on the travel insurer’s policy. It is important to confirm with the travel insurance provider that Covid-19 related issues are covered and to what extent.
