Our Fall Renewal Retreat is on Pause due to the Covid-19 surge in Louisiana.
Rest assured, we will pick a new date when our team feels safe doing so.

We have reached out to all scheduled participants-and will continue to update here on future details. It is our sincerest hope that everyone is able to stay healthy and safe so that we can gather in community in the future.
Love and Light to everyone everywhere- Trish and Kris

Come along... reconnect and recharge

This Fall Renewal Mini-Retreat is a self-care +Yoga +nature +sacred space event.

Like the trees every fall, the last year has been a time of letting go. In that time we have come to reevaluate what can stay and what we can release. If you feel a longing to return to your inner wisdom through ceremony, gentle movement, meditation, journaling and communing with nature we invite you to join us.

This retreat is about slowing down and noticing the world around and within you.
Upon arrival at the retreat house, nestled in beautiful Covington, La. along the Bogue Falaya river you are greeted with the scent of incense. Breathing deeply, you begin to release tension as you explore your serene surroundings.
This retreat will help you bring ritual and mindfulness into your everyday life.
While at the retreat house, we will engage in Ceremony to start and set intention for the weekend. We will practice gentle Yoga, bathe in the trees, learn about how to create a sacred space, journal and have plenty of time for quiet and expansive introspection.
No matter where you are on your journey, we are here to meet you where you are and hold you in a safe space while  in community with like-minded kindred spirits.

The Experience

We begin with arrival at the retreat house on Friday Oct 1, between 5-8 pm. Light snacks and refreshments welcome you. Once all have arrived, we will hold our opening ceremony- creating a safe container for the weekend going forward. Now, we turn inward.
  • Saturday- We greet the morning with the movement of gentle Yoga, followed by a nourishing breakfast. The day unfolds with a walk amongst the 6 acres of woods, natural spring fed pool and Bogue Falaya river. Using this time to gather totems to use in your journaling and to aid in the creation of your sacred space. When you arrive back at the retreat house, a delicious lunch will be waiting after which, we will break for integration time. We re-convene to learn about how to create a sacred space- no matter where you are and how to bring meaningful ritual to your everyday. Again we take time to let it all sink in- you can choose how to spend your integration time. We meet back up for discussion then enjoy dinner and dismiss for the night.
  • Sunday, we greet the day with a gentle Yoga/self-care ritual followed by breakfast and more exploration of the land we have called home for 2 days. Lunch will be served, and when we are ready, we will end our retreat with a closing ceremony. After we close our container, you are invited to stay as long as you wish to let the past days transformations settle in before your journey home.
*** Expand your retreat*** We have reserved the retreat house through Monday October 4th. This Expansion package includes an extra night of lodging, a special guided medicine walk with Kris at Fontainebleau state park and a Reiki session. Space in the Expansion is very limited.

  • You love deep conversations that go beyond the surface.
  • You’re  interested in the natural world and how it can hold you and heal you.
  • You've been stuck trying to find a self-care ritual or need a starting point to make the mundane magical.

  • You are not comfortable with discussions surrounding plant medicine, Crystals, Yoga, Chanting, Energy work, Vibrations, Tarot, Totems, or the like.
